Former Big Brother Naija reality star Anita Natacha Akide, known as Tacha, has officially broken two Guinness World Records (GWR) for completing the most cosmetic makeovers in both eight-hour and 24-hour periods.
GWR confirmed the accomplishment in a recent Instagram post, on October 12, congratulating Tacha for the historic feat.
In October, Tacha attempted the record with 150 models during her three-day Beauty Festival, held from October 10 to 12, 2025, at the John Randle Centre for Yorùbá Culture & History in Lagos.
During the festival, Guinness World Records disclosed that Tacha completed 82 makeovers within eight hours and went on to perform 144 makeovers in 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Tacha achieved her attempt despite facing a severe storm and multiple power outages that disrupted the event. GWR’s latest confirmation proves her perseverance and consistency in working on the makeovers.
